Tsubasacon is thrilled to welcome SPIRIT BOMB as our musical guest for 2026! Taking their name from Goku’s legendary last-ditch attack, Spirit Bomb gathers their power from all the great anime music in existence and unleashes it in an explosive live performance.
Fronted by Japanese American vocalist Elaina Sekino alongside guitarist Kevin Samuel (better known as YouTube’s Tuning the World), with Nate Buesching on bass and Damian Hyde on drums, Spirit Bomb has been rocking anime and fandom conventions across the USA since 2022 with their signature “Anime Music Experience” concerts. In 2023, they opened for breakthrough Japanese rock band HANABIE on their first US tour and debuted their original song “Asai Yume,” and Sekino was featured on the War Thunder soundtrack in 2025.
With a catalog of over 100 songs spanning classic to modern anime hits, AMV-style visuals, and on-screen lyrics for sing-alongs, this is one concert you don’t want to miss. Bring your best cosplay and get ready to sing your heart out!
Catch SPIRIT BOMB live at Tsubasacon, October 9–11, 2026 at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center!
