COVID 19 Statement as of 9/24/2021
Like most of you we have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and want to keep you updated on adjustments Tsubasacon has been making during these tenuous times. We will be following facility, West Virginia and Kanawha county health department guidelines in regard to safety protocols, during our 2021 convention.
To that end, we are strongly recommending wearing effective masks and maintain social distancing where possible, however the facility and state of West Virginia are not enforcing a mandate at this time. We will also be changing seating to help accommodate social distancing where available.
We strongly encourage anyone who can get vaccinated to do so.
There will be copious industrial sanitizer stations throughout the con strategically located in high traffic areas. Tsubasacon three-ply branded masks as well as plastic face shields are also at the registration desk for purchase.
These are the most common symptoms of COVID-19:
- Cough
- Fever or chills
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Muscle or body aches
- Sore throat
- New loss of taste or smell
- Diarrhea
- Headache
- New fatigue
- Nausea or vomiting
- Congestion or runny nose
If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, we respectfully ask that you do NOT attend the event. Help us have a safe and fun Tsubasacon.
