Vendor Room Rules

While in the vendor room we ask that you follow some rules:

  • When entering the vendor room please use the door marked "Entrance", when leaving please use the one marked "Exit".
  • Do not open any beverages such as Ramune in the vendors' room to avoid accidental spills.
  • Please throw away all trash in the trash cans located in the room.  This includes: bottles, boxes of pocky, plastic wrap, tags, and the like.
  • Please respect the vendors and their merchandise.
  • You will be asked to leave any large items, such as large cosplay props, or a large bag, by the door where a staff member will look after them.

Its located at the Top Right column of the screen.  Not only will you get convention updates but you will know when the travel team is visiting other conventions or events and even join in!
 
Get involved in the marketing forums and join our marketing committee-- we'd love to have you.
 
4) Request Flyers be mailed to your doorstep! Or download your own flyers to print and distribute. Just click the image to the left to download our latest pdf flyer. Put them up at local bulletin boards, schools, colleges, or give them to friends.  Just make sure you get permission before you post them.  Some colleges can get bent out of shape if you put up flyers without permission and we dont want you or us to get in any trouble!
